ARLINGTON HEIGHTS PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY

Adler Injury Law, Ltd.

We Won't Back Down When Representing Injury Victims.

At Adler Injury Law, Ltd., we provide dedicated representation for victims of serious injuries that were caused by negligence. Attorney Charles Adler fights hard to achieve success in these cases, refusing to accept settlements that will not meet our clients' needs.

Some examples of the dedicated advocacy and fierce representation that Mr. Adler provides include a case involving a slip and fall accident at a national steakhouse chain and another slip and fall at a grocery store. In both cases, he uncovered policies showing that the defendants allowed unsafe conditions that led to high risks of injuries for customers. He was able to secure significant settlements that compensated the clients for their injuries and damages.

Mr. Adler has also argued on behalf of people injured in car accidents, overcoming claims that our clients were at fault. In one case, he helped a client obtain a $2.1 million award following the death of a person who was being transported in wheelchair placed in a taxi van. He showed that the taxi driver failed to exercise due diligence and make sure the deceased was properly strapped in to the wheelchair. The driver tried to shift the burden to the deceased to make sure he was properly secured in the chair.

Adler Injury Law, Ltd. represents clients in Chicago, Arlington Heights, Highland Park, Rockford, Cicero, Berwyn, Country Club Hills, Skokie, McHenry, Geneva, Orland Park, and other communities throughout Cook, Lake, DuPage, McHenry, and Will Counties.

At Adler Injury Law, Ltd., we work with experts across the country to help build cases, demonstrate liability, and recover compensation for our clients. Attorney Charles Adler has extensive experience dealing with accidents involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, spinal injuries, fractures, torn muscles, disability, and permanent physical conditions. He works with medical experts across the country to demonstrate the ways our clients have been affected by personal injuries.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT

Empathy, Dedication,
& A Personal Touch.

People often come to us who are severely injured in ways that dramatically affect their lifestyles and their means of support. Many injury victims experience physical limitations and ongoing pain, knowing that when they wake up in the morning, they are going to experience pain throughout the day that may severely alter their daily activities. To alleviate our clients' concerns, Charles Adler spends a considerable amount of time with them, explaining to them every step of the claims process. He goes into detail when analyzing their cases, including issues related to liability and damages, explaining how a claim is valued.

Mr. Adler makes sure clients understand the time that will be involved throughout each step of a case. He provides our clients with detailed explanations of the negotiation process with opposing insurance adjusters. His goal is to leave clients with a full understanding. He makes himself available to clients at all times, making sure they hear back from him as soon as possible. We know that we can never fully alleviate our clients' pain, but Mr. Adler will closely guide them through the legal process, which can provide emotional benefits. Many clients have let us know that they appreciate the support and explanations we provide.

A NOTE FROM CHARLES ADLER

Giving Back

I have always been committed to dealing with people as individuals who have the right to fair, honest, and professional representation. To me, everyone is equal, and everyone has a right to stand up to large insurance companies and protect their interests following a serious injury.

My goal of making a positive impact on people's lives also extends to my non-work hours, where I work to give back to my community. In the past, I have served on the Board of Directors and as an officer of The Prairie Center for Performing Arts in Schaumburg, the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce, and the Arlington Heights Crime Stoppers Organization. I have also worked with United Way charity serving the north and northwest suburban regions and Project H.O.O.D. in Woodlawn, and I have been a supporter of the Woodlawn Organization Food Pantry.

In addition, I started two of my own not-for-profit undertakings. The first is a Thanksgiving food drive in the northwest suburbs that has been ongoing for over 13 years. My current endeavor is called "The Books For Kids Project." It involves the distribution of new books for underprivileged kids to own and read in situations where parents cannot afford to buy books for their children or take them to the library. To date, we have distributed books to kids through the social services departments in Arlington Heights and Skokie, and we will soon begin distributing books through private agencies.
